Our Tuesday, Oct. 5, speaker, David McNeff of Peak Consulting Group, will discuss his book, “The Work-Life Balance Myth: Rethinking Your Optimal Balance for Success.”
David will describe the “Seven Slices” of life and how being aware of them in times of stress can help you achieve inner harmony. The virtual program will run from noon to 1:15 p.m. on Zoom. The fee is $10.
